Wonderland America Lifetime Limited Warranty (10 years)

At Wonderland America, we stand behind the quality of our products. This comprehensive warranty provides you with assurance and covers your purchase against any manufacturing defects or quality issues.

Within 30 days of purchase:
You can return items for a full refund or replacement. We will cover return shipping due to quality issues. For non-quality issues, buyer pays return shipping and replacement shipping. A restocking fee may apply for non-quality issue returns.

Within 30 days to 6 months:
Items can be replaced new or refurbished due to quality issues, with return shipping covered by us. For non-quality issues, items can be replaced with a restocking fee, with buyer responsible for all shipping.

Within 6 months to 1 year:
Items can be replaced with refurbished units due to quality issues, with buyer responsible for all shipping and handle fee.

Within 1 year to 5 years:
Items can be replaced with refurbished units or repaired due to quality issues, with buyer responsible for shipping fees and handle fee.

Within 5 year to 10 years:
Items can be replaced with refurbished units or repaired due to quality issues, with buyer responsible for shipping fees and handle fee.

Wonderland Product Warranty Information:

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, superseding all other warranties, expressed or implied. Wonderland America will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the purchase of this product.

This warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as acts of nature, normal wear and tear, or damage to any other product used in conjunction with this product. Damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse of the product is not covered by this warranty.

The warranty does not cover minor missing components of items. The refund warranty will be processed within 1 day after we receive the returned original items. No warranty is provided for missing small parts 60 days after the order date.

Any labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, install or remove this product are not covered by this warranty.

Parts and Finish:

All parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer/purchaser owns the home in which the product was first installed. For commercial uses, the warranty lasts one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Electronic Parts and Batteries: (if applicable)

Electronic parts (other than batteries or LED light by water power motor), if any, are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. No warranty is provided on batteries and LED lights inside shower heads.

What We Will Do:

During the applicable warranty period, Wonderland America will repair or replace, free of charge, any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, we may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.

What Is Not Covered:

Labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, install or remove this product are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty won't cover the item that received a partial refund.

Wonderland America shall not be liable for any damage to the product resulting from reasonable wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect or improper or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions.

We recommend using a professional plumber for all installations and repairs and using only genuine Wonderland America replacement parts. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be made available for all warranty claims.
